A Smart Place

Smart careers in a smart city. Huntsville, Alabama is known for rocket science, but it’s also home to thousands of highly-educated, highly-paid careers in tech, healthcare, IT, and manufacturing. The Huntsville Chamber of Commerce tasked us with highlighting these opportunities for high school students and recent graduates to persuade them to stay or move to Huntsville.

We recorded honest interviews from locals following their dreams, worked with UK-based illustrator Jake Williams, and had award-winning animator Ali Clark put it all together. In addition to long- and short-form videos, we developed a microsite, digital ads, and paid social to target young minds considering a bright future in a smart career. The Chamber uses these recruitment tools to help the next generation connect with colleges and find jobs with companies like Boeing and Toyota.
